I get things built in Cameroon for people who cannot be here to watch it happen. The land, the title actually in your name, then the construction, managed on site every day until I hand you the keys. I have taken a project from bare land to a finished four-storey building in under nine months, sending photographs before anyone asked for them. I also handle procurement and government contract work. If it needs somebody on the ground that you can hold accountable, that is what I do.
